Northview Ladies Lacrosse Program Family:
As discussed in our kickoff meeting, to have a successful spring lacrosse season it is important to start our fitness training in the fall. This year we have hired Susie Trautwein to run our training/conditioning program. Susie has her CFL1 certification (CrossFit Level 1) and has coached High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes for 7 years. Additionally, Susie played collegiate lacrosse at the University of Virginia and will serve as one of our Assistant Coaches this spring, making it easy to focus our workouts in an optimal way. This is a great opportunity for your player to get in shape using a variety of methods (strength and conditioning), and to get to know her teammates.
What: Fall Lacrosse Conditioning
When: Mondays and Wednesdays 4:00-5:30
Duration: 10 weeks starting October 21 and wrapping up the week before tryouts (Thanksgiving and Christmas break off)
Where: Northview HS
Cost: $225 per player
